The Covid-19 pandemic is a force majeure situation, which is outside of our control. Due to the critical pandemic situation in Europe generally, and in Switzerland in particular, the Swiss Federal authorities have enforced strict regulation to limit the propagation of the coronavirus, among them a ban on all meetings of more than 100 people.
Consequently, Medical Informatics Europe 2020, which was scheduled April 28th to May 1st, is definitively cancelled.
The Proceedings of the conference will be published, as planned, with all scientific contributions that were accepted by the scientific program committee for publications.
